Job Description

Will oversee the production staff and will ensure safe and efficient operations in the plant.
Responsible for scheduling shifts in the production area to maintain the required production schedule.
Oversee the production operation and assure a safe working environment.
Make adjustments in work schedules to accommodate production problems, maintenance, turnarounds and other disruptions.

Job Requirements
Must have solid supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment and be able to lead and motivate others.
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Must possess strong communication and leadership skills, analytical/problem-solving ability, a sound mechanical aptitude, and strong people skills.
Must be open to working rotating shifts.
