This unique role provides the opportunity to both lead client service teams and serve as a task force leader supporting one of Crowe’s newest product offerings, Crowe K-1
Navigator. The Crowe K-1 Navigator solution is a Web-based management system that offers greater efficiencies, advanced information orchestration, automated reporting,
analytics, in-depth security and portal functionality for a direct line of communication. Bringing enterprise content management principles to the world of flow-through taxation, the Crowe
K-1 Navigator solution captures important investor data directly at the source, manages the workflow process through automation, preserves documents thru electronic
archiving, and delivers K-1 packages in a secure Web-based environment.
This role requires the leadership of both client service and software development teams. This individual must demonstrate a proven ability to plan, direct,
execute and complete tax projects and compliance efforts across a variety of industries. The candidate should have a strong background in flow-through taxation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships Provide innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients; perform research and prepare/review technical tax
memorandum. Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed. Manage, develop, and mentor staff/managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback.
Work closely with partners, managers and staff to integrate efficient standard operating procedures and practice development skills using a team approach to client service. Perform other job-related responsibilities as necessary.
Bachelor’s in Accounting, MST plus.
7 years of tax experience in public accounting
Must be able to manage multiple projects and
Must have dynamic interpersonal skills, communicate
effectively with senior management, staff, and clients.
Demonstrate ability to work independently.
Requires strong technical and analytical skills
Demonstrate good judgment in dealing with client
Experience serving partnership and S Corporation clients.
CPA is required
