Join a highly creative team and participate on an entire product marketing cycle from start to finish. You will be responsible for strategic thinking and the day-to-day management and execution of media and Search Engine Marketing across the digital landscape. We are looking for a true Search Engine Marketing Guru to become the next member of the team!
ettain group has an immediate need for a Digital Media Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience selling products online and utilizing e-commerce to grow sales. The breakdown will be 70% Search Engine Marketing, 20% Social Media and 10% email marketing.

Responsibilities: Manages paid search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines and multiple geographies to ensure specific client and agency goals are met; including possible transitioning from agency search management to a client in-house solution
Manages day-to-day paid search campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management etc
Serves as the primary contact and subject-matter expert for paid search with both internal and external contacts, including Google, MSN, Yahoo and Ask.com, and other designated search engines
Utilizes bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns; negotiates for pay-per-conversion opportunities
Generates and disseminates management reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of campaign performance trends
Manages paid search budgets, keeping campaigns on budget and within performance expectations
Negotiates with /interactive/web properties to ensure the most cost-effective buys and most efficient placements
Tracks and compiles statistics for evaluation of results of online campaigns; recommends strategy changes and revisions where data indicates it is necessary
Creates comprehensive social media strategies, defining programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic across all client brands
Implements and manages social media programs
Experiments with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities ('marketing R&D')
Monitors social media trends, tools and applications, and appropriately applies knowledge to increasing client use of social media
Strategizes with and educates the client service team as well as clients on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all company products and services
Measures the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts




Requirements

5+ years of experience in online media Must have experience managing national Search Engine Marketing campaigns in excess of $100,000 Must have experience building and fostering social communities in excess of 30,000 S/he must be proficient in campaign management tools, Excel and Web analytics Strong understanding of the Search Engine Marketing industry and practices For immediate consideration please call Rosalyn Caudle, (704) 409-7628, thank you!
