Programmer Analyst:

CCCi has an opportunity for a .Net Developer with our client in Charlotte, NC.



.Net Developer Responsibilities:

- The .Net Developer is our technical subject matter expert on key technologies and applications
that support our business, utilizing Microsoft and .Net technologies.

- The Programmer analyst also has SQL/Server database administration skills on par with a mid-level
database administrator.
- Business Interaction: Builds partnerships with assigned business units. Uses relationships to drive
identified business change required to deliver project benefits. Ensure project ROI hurdles are met.

- Team Collaboration: works with other subject matter experts in IT and in the business community with
equal enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism.

- Vendor Management: accomplish remediation of issues and/or enhancements by ensuring vendor
partners provide quality delivery of service.

- Enterprise systems support: works assigned requests (IT Tickets) for break/fix or small enhancement
requests.
- Track work to completion through our enterprise helpdesk system.

- Systems Developer: designing and developing solutions that leverage our technology portfolio.

- Database Administration: implementing databases and handling administration activities including
backups, maintenance plans and developing stored procedures, triggers, etc.



.Net Developer Requirements:

- 5+ years and experience working in an IT department multi-site manufacturing context.

- 5 years of experience developing, implementing and supporting large scale multi-platform information
systems – especially ERP implementations.

- 3 years of experience in database administration.

- Experience in developing and enhancing business intelligence solutions.

- Experience in supporting custom and package application software.
- Proven experience in change management.

- Experience improving and automating business processes through the application of technology.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledgeable of best practices for system life cycle development – and Agile techniques.

- Experience in a formal support organization using Tickets / System Requests to communicate break/fix
needs.

- Travel up to 35% (average) over a year, with high/lower demands in any given month based on
assignments.

- Software Expertise and Experience.

- Proficient with MS/SQL (SQL Server) administration, including stored procedures and triggers.

- Proficient with SQL based report writing tools such as Crystal, SSRS, and MS Access.

- Proficient with advanced Qlikview development.

- Proficient with .Net development environment.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.

- Proficient with MS SharePoint development.

- Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills.

- Enthusiastic team member – and leader.

- Demonstrated sense of urgency.

- Personable, motivated, self-starter.

- Excellent relationship management skills.



.Net Developer Desired Qualifications:

- Preferred: experience with Salesforce.Com.

- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other disciplines appropriate to the
role.
