The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills , ability to communicate effectively - both verbal and written, with solid computer skills. A great customer service mindset, good organization skills, a sense of urgency and ability to work well in a team environment are essential traits needed.
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:
• Recruitment, interviewing and screening of applicants
• matching and assigning qualified associates to customer jobs
• maintenance and development of existing customer relationships
• new business development with prospective customers
• building and maintaining a database
Compensation includes salary plus commission incentives, and a generous benefit plan that includes group medical insurance and 401K.
