Successful candidate for our
Field Service Technician position will represent Ryko in responsibilities of installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on our state-of-the-art automatic vehicle wash systems at customer sites with potential travel throughout the Service Territory area. Interested candidates possessing industrial electronics and electro-mechanical training or experience, customer service skills, and can provide proof of a credible driver's record are encouraged to apply.
Competitive starting wage, paid on a bi-weekly basis, with overtime payment when applicable. Additional compensation consideration for applicants with vehicle wash or other related electro-mechanical experience.
We provide a company vehicle, expenses, uniforms, laptop, printer, and cell phone. Daily travel and potential overnight travel within the service area, with compensation for daily/weekly on-call responsibilities when necessary. Per diem allowance for overnight travel.

Rsponsibilities of a
Service Technician, under the guidance of the Field Service Manager include, but are not limited to:
Performs quality service work on all Ryko vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including trouble shooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to provide customer satisfaction.
Technicians develop and maintain rapport with the customer base and partner with the customer to make benficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment.
Technicians are trained on all aspects of the technical features of the equipment and will work with customers from installation, start-up, and ongoing maintenance to provide personalized service.
Technicians' email, dispatching, timekeeping, recordkeeping, and billing functions are streamlined with the daily input and technical reference features provided by the company wireless laptop and industry-specific software. Ryko has also incorporated our safety program and training features on the laptop for easy access.
Ryko was the first in our industry to attain ISO certification, therefore, Technicians are responsible for following all policies and procedures pertaining to Ryko’s Quality System.
