Job Description:
netPolarity, Inc. is a fast growing full service contingent workforce recruitment firm with presence in over 40 national markets. We have enjoyed a growth rate of over 300% a year since 2001. We are now looking to add a great Human Resources Coordinator and HR Generalist to our outstanding team.

Responsibilities
Conduct pre-employment paperwork, background checks and other screenings
I-9 and W-4 processing and new hire orientation and processing
Maintain human resource records and compiles reports as needed
Assist with benefits administration
Update bi-weekly payroll spreadsheet for submission to Payroll
Administer time cards collection
Address employee payroll errors or concerns (e.g., lost checks, incorrect hours).
Assist employees with questions or concerns
Assist department with the implementation of strategic HR programs such as performance management, recruitment, training, employee surveys and communications
Participates in developing human resource goals, objectives, and systems.
Perform other HR related duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee issues
Must be proactive and team player
Must have a strong background in customer service
Previous staffing agency or consulting firm experience is preferred
Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred
Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, OR one to two years experience in the HR field, OR any similar combination of education and experience
Proficient on Microsoft Word/Excel (e.g. Mail Merge), PowerPoint
Ability to run own desk and support the organization of the HR team in order to ensure follow-through for all projects assigned
Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
Must possess and positive and profession demeanor and has demonstrated job stability in the past
