 Description

Parent Partner - Bilingual Spanish
Ensures that the Wraparound philosophy is followed at each level of the program

  • Works collaboratively with other team members, public and private agencies, and community support systems
  • Models healthy teamwork practices as evidenced by daily communication with the team and support of the team’s plans
  • Adheres to the protocols and procedures of the agency and the program 
  • Is a member of the Child and Family Team (CFT)
  • Actively participates in CFT meetings by attending and offering role-specific input
  • Helps to perform a thorough strengths-based assessment of the non-agency members of the CFT
  • Bilingual Spanish Required

 Requirements

The applicant must submit a letter of interest outlining his or her personal system experience (interfacing with probation, DCFS, special education, mental health, etc.) as the primary caretaker of a special-needs child  

  • Must be a parent or a primary, long-term caretaker of a special needs child, with system experience
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual Spanish Required   
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours
