Job Description:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities include extensive telephone interfacing in providing technical and sales support to a large established base of professional A/V resellers.

 Requirements/> * AA Degree in Electronics or Computer Science (transcripts required)
* Two years experience in technical support or electronics
* Expertise in A/V or electronics industries is a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, (written, and verbal)
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
* Travel may be required
