This could be your ideal job if you have 1 - 3 years of experience in general EH&S, and are interested in the dynamic world of consulting. In this role you will be working either onsite at one of our clients as an extension of their EHS organization and/or work with a variety of teams and customers. Projects are very varied and can change from day to day.
Typical projects can include:
  • Industrial hygiene (IAQ, investigations, sampling, monitoring, assessments)
  • Asbestos and lead sampling projects
  • Health and safety code compliance
  • Sustainability related projects included Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental footprint, energy use reduction, and others
  • Developing and delivering EHS/Occupational Health and Safety training
  • EHS assessments/general program compliance audits
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Occupational safety surveys/inspections
  • Workstation ergonomic evaluations with support from other ergonomic staff
  • Environmental issues (air, waste water, hazardous waste)
  • EHS & ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 program development
  • Writing technical reports
  • Support General EHS Outsources that could include a combination of IH, Safety and Environmental support.
  •  Requirements.

  • Interest in and passion for EHS&S - you love to learn and like to be challenged
  • Keeping several balls in the air simultaneously and knowing where each one is at all times
  • Outgoing, energetic, friendly, hard working, and industrious - you can build effective working relationships with teams of consultant and clients in all areas
  • Know how to get and stay organized and meet deadlines
  • Strong self management as well as able to help clients keep on track.
  • Unafraid to network in the field and identify opportunities for EORM at propects or our client sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business writing and presentation ability
  • Experience & Education Requirements:
  • Requires 1 - 3 years of EHS&S work experience
  • You must have a Bachelors degree or higher in an EHS&S related field of study
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and car and be able to drive throughout the Northern CA region for client related projects.
  • Must be able to travel by plane outside the region to support client work in other locations on occasion. 25% estimated travel time.
