 Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Project Manager will be responsible for the formulation, approval, and distribution of restaurant operations communications necessary for the implementation and management of assigned product(s) introduction/optimization and/or projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS May perform any or all of the following duties: ▪ Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation of procedures and operational standards for assigned restaurant tests, system rollouts of new products, technologies, equipment and small-wares, (e.g. Flash Reports, menu pricing, procedure changes, etc.) ▪ Performs analysis of (information technology) IT /POS (point-of-sale) modifications, changes, and feedback for field implementation ▪ Reviews, critiques, and modifies operations procedures manuals in partnership with Training Department to ensure continuity of product requirements and changes for Operations Manual ▪ Troubleshoots, diagnoses and remedies existing systems, procedures, and technologies utilized by field operations and corporate departments as necessary ▪ Coordinates requests from field operations regarding issues and suggestions for improvements with corporate departments ▪ Responsible for coordinating special projects as assigned by Operations Development Management team ▪ Ensures consistency of project communications ▪ Other duties as assigned

 RequirementsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES ▪ Approximately three to five years' experience in restaurant management ▪ In-house expertise in restaurant operations, systems and procedures is required ▪ Multi-unit experience preferred ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google ▪ Must have excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem solving skills ▪ Strong work ethic; commitment to seeing duties completed at a high standard of quality ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; uses an appropriate business writing style and proper grammar to create business correspondence ▪ Ability to analyze complex variable situations and identify appropriate courses of action ▪ Flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodates shifting business priorities ▪ Ability to travel as required; approximately 40% WORK ENVIRONMENT ▪ Corporate, restaurant, vendor locations PHYSICAL DEMANDS ▪ Drive to and from restaurants locations ▪ Ability and mobility to physically set up equipment and/systems ▪ Interacts with restaurant and corporate staff, and vendors regularly ▪ Ability to effectively communicate training processes and procedures
