I am looking for someone with experience in rubber molding. Compression and transfer molding a must, injection molding would be a plus but not required. Must have autocad or solidworks computer skill.
Other ideal qualities and responsibilities:
- Ability to work on projects as an individual and in a team environment.
- Will work with production and QA department internally.
- Will work with customers and suppliers.
- Must be able to multi-task.
They must have:
- Experience with rubber molding.
- Compression and transfer molding a must, injection molding would be a plus but not required.
- Processing and mold concept or design experience.
- Cad or Solidworks experience necessary.
- 4 year college degree in mechanical engineering a plus.
- Self-motivated and self-discipline to work with minimal supervision.
- Project management experience.
