 Description IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR CURRENT LOAN PROCESSING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.


    • Processing Reverse loans, concentrating on Third Party Originations
    • Responsible for initial set up of Brokers in ReverseVision
    • Originating loan packages for non-experienced Brokers
    • Responsible for files from Processing to Underwriting, follow up on all conditions, completing Doc Orders and submitting for doc requests
    • Support to Brokers
    • Support and backup for Sr. Reverse Processor for in-house processing

 Requirements
  • Previous processing of Reverse loans desired
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to meet production needs and service standards
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Back up for VP Reverse Division for various admin duties
  • Fast knowledge and experience with computer applications
