Caregiver - Private Duty

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Come explore the exciting opportunity to contribute within a growing organization!  Pathways Private Duty is celebrating over 35 years of service in the Greater Bay Area and has an immediate opening for a Private Duty Caregiver.  This individual will provide in-home personal care services to clients served by Pathways Private Duty.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The ideal candidate will collect client care data as directed by the Nursing Supervisor and performs actions as outlined in the treatment plan or task sheet.  The Caregiver provides in-home personal care services to patients served by Pathways Private Duty.  They assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and provide a clean, safe environment.

4 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour or 12 hours shifts are available depending on your availability and client needs.

Qualifications:

* Either 1 year of Home Care experience or a current Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
   Certification issued by the State of California.
*Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
*Must pass criminal and DMV background checks.
*Must pass health screening.
*Proof of legal ability to work and reside in the U.S.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work flexible hours (3-12 hour shifts available).
*Ability to provide 3 professional references.
