-C.S.R. will answer phones professionally
-Customer Support Representatives will respond to customer inquiries
-Customer Service Rep will research required information using available resources
-CSR/ Customer Service Specialist will handle and resolve customer complaints
-Customer Service Provider will provide customers with product and service information
-CSR will also process orders, forms and applications
-Customer Service Rep will identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resource, and follow up customer calls where necessary
-Billingual Customer Serivice Rep/ CSR will complete call logs and complete call reports.
-Billingual C.S.R. will provide Customer Service response to telephone calls from participants, provide first contact resolution whenever possible, and refer callers to the appropriate case manager or career development specialist for service.
-Customer Service Reps perform data entry, as caller is providing information over the phone, in accordance with established individual objectives and defined quality levels.
-Performs appointment scheduling within the specified states.
-Prepares mail in accordance with desk procedures, production, and quality goals and standards.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
