RN Case/Care Manager (UR)       

FT, 40 hours per week, 8/hr/day   
  1. Using InterQual or Milliman criteria for medical necessity to determine if the patient is in the correct hospital setting and continued stay meets guidelines
  2. Level of care and length of care reviews   
  3. Process TARS, treatment authorizations requests as needed
  4. Admission to Discharge; Discharge Planning   
  5. Registered Nurse (RN), Nursing License California
  6. Excellent Documentation Ability
