 Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

•    Drive Top Line Sales to achieve financial plan.
•    Successfully model the Company values; hold all Associates accountable to do the same.
•    Schedule twelve (12) shoe parties a year.
•    Hold all Associates accountable for product knowledge including features and benefits.
•    Ensure all funds and merchandise are handled according to Company policy and procedure.
•    Execute merchandise displays and visuals to enhance the Brand.
•    Drive VIP enrollment.
•    Seek out performance feedback for self development and professional growth.
•    Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the store.
•    Ensure drags are returned to their appropriate place in the stockroom.
•    Projects as assigned including store openings and closings.
•    Effectively manage clearance.
•    Motivate and lead great teams to achieve individual, store and Company goals.
•    Maintain the highest standards in all store operations.
•    Conduct chat ins and chat outs to ensure all Associates are updated on daily Company and store communications.
•    Maintain and teach floor management.
•    Manage selling expense to budget.
•    Create schedules according to selling expense & productivity.
•    Ensure the development of Associates to ensure bench strength
•    Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of Associates.
•    Place supply orders and monitor store inventory levels.
•    Hold all Associates accountable to Aerosoles’ policies and procedures through coaching/counseling, coaching moments and on-going feedback.
•    Ensure all Associates are assessed and validated on all store operations.
•    Communicate effectively with customers, associates, supervisors and Corporate Office partners, both orally and in writing.
•    Ability to communicate openly and honestly on all issues.
•    Effectively manage time for self and Associates.



 Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 – 3 years prior retail experience; 1 year prior management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and accountability
  • High energy level
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines
