Description

We are seeking 20 Call Center Customer Service / Collections Representatives for a LONG TERM CONTRACT position in New Albany, OH. Candidates would have to work 8:00 AM- 2:00 PM M-F and complete 1-2 week training course. Candidates are REQUIRED to work SATURDAY'S and SUNDAY'S as well. Candidates MUST have COLLECTIONS experience to apply and qualify for this position.

Candidates would have to pass background and drug test before starting the assignment.

Responsibilities:

Persuade customers via phone to advise them of their owed debt
Persuade customers to bring their delinquent account current
Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with customers
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high level of integrity

Requirements

Required:

Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Knowledge of credit reports and applicable Internet websites
Professional, Persuasive Communication, and Negotiation skills

Preferred:

Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
