Description $2M Manufacturer with Global headquarters in Lake Forest, IL currently seeking a Customer Service professional to manage assigned accounts in all aspects of customer service. The individual will be part of a large team, not to be confused with a call center. Each individual account manager will develop long-standing relationships with their customers, serve as a primary point of contact on all service related matters, and develop a friendly and professional rapport that enables them to assist customers in a friendly and personal manner, while maintaining corporate objectives and profitability.

Requirements

- Manufacturing industry experience required.

- 3-4 years of previous customer service experience in a team-based environment

- Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, and email

- High School degree minimum, college preferred.
