The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Management Consulting, Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting. This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.
Job Description
Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
Industry Applications professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications professionals design, develop and deploy solutions and applications that help clients optimize the value they derive from their customer relationships and marketing and service strategies.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Building and maintaining client relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders
Managing complex projects, including supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Driving test planning and execution
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience working with campaign management in a professional environment; experience working with one or more MRM softwares including Unica, Aprimo, SAP CRM, Epiphany, or Assetlink.
• Bachelor degree
Professional Skill Requirements
• Experience in leading the implementation and configuration of marketing packaged software, specifically MRM or Campaign Management softwares.
• Understanding of Campaign Management capabilities from the perspectives of business process, operations and technologies.
• Understanding of Marketing Resource Management best practices and capabilities, specifically processes, operations and technologies; hands on experience with Campaign Management and MRM softwares including Unica, Aprimo, SAP CRM, Epiphany, Assetlink, etc
• Experience in Direct Marketing for direct mail campaigns or telemarketing
• Campaign design and implementation
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in leading teams through functional and technical requirements gathering and software configuration based upon requirements.
