Description:
Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
Responsibilities:
• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
• Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Should be able to type at least 25 wpm
• Must have 6 months of verifiable work experience
Additional Details:
• Full time hours.
• Candidates must have availability to work between these times of 4 am to 10pm.
• Applicants should expect some weekend hours/days.
• Paid training will be provided/required for the first 3 weeks. Performance based pay with
bonus after training
