To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
- High school diploma.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Complete understanding of SharePoint architecture, as well as extensive experience in system integration, performance monitoring, and securing and managing a SharePoint environment.
- Experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server to include the build, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as addressing service requests, routine sever maintenance (firmware, failures, hardening, etc.), and server consolidation.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently and on a virtual team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods.
- Knowledgeable of networking encompassing DNS and IP addressing.
- Extensive experience administering enterprise-scale MOSS deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical field .
- 7 years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, preferably SQL 2005/2008.
- Microsoft SharePoint Certification.
- CompTIA Security + certification.
