Develop the skills necessary to manage multi-unit restaurants in the New Orleans Area!

Work your way through our training program while gaining practical experience operating a pizza store. Earn between $40,000 and $50,000 per year while preparing for the District Manager position.  As a District Manager, our compensation, bonus, and benefits package opportunity can reach $55,000 - $75,000 for the person with the right attitude, skills, knowledge and experience.  Applicants must consent to a background check, MVR, and Drug Screen as a pre-employment interview process.

Job Responsibilities and Rotations (18 - 24 months)

  • Assistant Manager (approximately 3 - 6 months)
  • General Manager (6 months)
  • General Manager/Area Operations Manager (6 - 12  months)
  • District Manager
Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years management experience or college coursework
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong financial analysis and presentation skills
  • Capability with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
