***3 to 5 years of Restaurant Management experience
***Restaurant Manager experience must be within the last 5 years
***Must be available to work at all times

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- High School diploma or equilivant
- Positive attitude, friendly and up beat
- Professional in dealing with the public as well as team members
- Good time management, planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to Lead, coach and develop others
- Ability to manage food costs and labor within targets
- Ability to grow sales and maintain profits
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer skills required
- Successfully pass a background investigation and drug test
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses
