As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls answering customers' questions over the phone and offering them a variety of products to increase the customer satisfaction.

job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least six months customer service experience. Preferably a minimum of one year.
  • Must be able to pass the background screening
  • Must have a stable work history
  • Must have strong work ethics
  • We are aggressively pursuing candidates who have strong computer navigational skills
  • Must be available to meet scheduling requirements. PLEASE NOTE: The majority of work schedules will be within the evening hours.
  • Must be able to attend 7 weeks of training with good attendance.
