Aon is currently looking for sales producers to build relationships with c-level executives within middle market organizations. Aon's professionals are unwavering in their client focus and integrity. Producers are responsible for the following:
- Business to Business sales
- Identifying new opportunities in large/complex accounts
- Providing leadership with executive level relationships to solve complex problems
- Effectively collaborating with other practices and job families to result in additional new business for Aon
- Establishing and developing new client relationships
- Being viewed as a thought leader (creative thinking and innovation)
- Establishing credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
- Building and maintaining a book of business (typically under $3 million)
- Achieving annual New Business Sales Goals
- Communicating and capturing the value that Aon brings even to the most challenging clients

Qualified candidates for the producer position will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of documented successful outside business to business sales experience focusing on Middle Market Companies
- Proven success penetrating major accounts at the executive level and calling upon companies in the major markets
- Experience in a corporate sales and quota driven sales environment
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong prospecting and new business development skills
- A true hunter mentality and the ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Experience calling upon c-level contacts and other key decision makers
- Property and Casualty Insurance license, strongly preferred
