Previous consulting experience, preferably in a change management organization Strong analytical and critical thinking skills The ability to lead our teams in developing solutions to difficult or complex client situations Strong communication skills, must be able to persuade and influence the actions of others The ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and mentor others The ability to represent Stockamp with poise, professionalism and confidence Proven client relationship skills The ability to control scope of client expectations during delivery of Stockamp generated results The desire to do meaningful work and make a difference We want people who love to be challenged every day and who enjoy the variety and complexity of the consulting industry.
