The right Candidate will have a college degree or minimum 3 years in-home HVAC sales experience, a winning attitude, perform as a team player, and willingness to learn and grow with the company. Commercial HVAC sales experience will be accepted. Must have a successful proven track record with minimum 45% closing ratio, long-term career mentality, excellent communication skills and mechanical aptitude. **Must be drug-free** This is a straight commission position with benefits.
