Physical Therapist Assistant- Homecare Position

A homecare organization that has 10 locations in Texas that has a local branch in San Antonio as well as New Braunfels. They have a Pediatric and Adult Division and are looking to grow the Adult Division. The company needs to add more Physical Therapist Assistant's for full-time opportunities.  You must be willing to work at least 24 to 30 visits per week.  

The organization was started in 1983, and therefore, has a very strong referral basis and offers great stability. They have EXCELLENT BENEFITS where you would have to contribute at the most $30.00 biweekly for medical benefits. They also invest 6% in ADDITION to your salary EVERY YEAR towards your RETIREMENT PLAN!

 
The Manager who has been there for several years has made sure that they have enough support and is adding as many Physical therapists in the area to ensure that you only travel in a small section of San Antonio. They are looking for these sections in San Antonio: North West, South West, North Central, Central, North East, South East . The company is able to specify the area in San Antonio since they are a larger organization.  

Although it is a larger organization, this Manager really listen to the needs of their therapists and make changes based on recommendations from their staff.  They have experienced therapists on staff who can offer others some great professional clinical leadership.  If you are new to homecare, there is an extensive orientation and you will have the opportunity to ride along with experienced Physical Therapists.  

 

 Along with offering extremely flexible schedules, they offer a per visit rate or SALARY and full benefits packages. They give you a Labtop, Mileage Reimbursement and a Router so you dont have to down load when you go home.
