Job Description

Physical Therapist- Transitional Skilled Facility

Do you need FLEXIBILITY in your schedule? Do you want to challenge yourself every day and learn by working with medically complex mix of patients? Do you want to work with a team of therapists that are more like a "family" working together for great patient care? Do you want to be able to spend time with your patients and treat them one on one?

I am currently helping a progressive hospital in the Fort Worth area helping them find a qualified and professional Physical Therapist interested in securing a new full-time permanent position.  The inpatient rehab sees all patients post hospital where they have not gone to rehab as of yet. You can learn everyday from the seasoned therapists that work there here as well as the hands on manager. But if YOU are a SEASONED therapist ,although it is a team model approach, they treat you with respect where you decide on what the treatment should be and you create your schedule as to when to treat them. It is a fast pace environment with NO PRESSURE on EXPECTATIONS of productivity levels.  You get to treat the Patients ONE on ONE!!

.

They offer a comfortable and friendly working environment. The Manager has a commitment to the therapists to make sure they have enough TRAINING and are SUPPORTED to ensure success. Her high standard of support has created a great department where the therapists are working independently but at the same time, work together as a team. She has been there for 10yrs and the average employee has been there for 7yrs or more!   The company also invests in their staff both professionally and financially.

Whether you are a seasoned therapists that wants to continue being challenged everyday and work autonomously or a therapist that needs some mentorship to help them grow this is a great opportunity to work with a great team of therapist, treat patients one on one and be treated with the utmost respect.

If you are interested in working for a company that truly respects their employees, please contact me. This could be the start to a great career..**
