L-3 is currently recruiting for Program Cost Control Analysts in Waco, TX

L-3 Integrated Systems, a recognized leader in aircraft modification and special mission system integration, offers challenging and rewarding assignments across a broad spectrum of aircraft modification programs. The Platform Integration Division provides innovative solutions for major structural modifications and systems integration to military and commercial aircraft. The division has operations in Waco, Texas, Crestview, Florida, and Warner-Robins, Georgia.



Program Cost Control Analyst:

This position requires the ability to work under general direction, train lower-level analysts, and act as the focal person in coordinating monthly Program Control activities with analysts and functional management support. Responsible to:

  • Set up and maintain programs in SAP
  • Prepare, analyze and review weekly and monthly internal and external financial reporting for tracking and forecasting of bookings, funding, sales, profit, cost, cash and deliverables utilizing SAP, Excel and internal operating systems.
  • Perform in depth analyses and prepare reports on funding profiles, sales outlook, and cost analysis.
  • Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparing expenditure projections and incorporates contractual changes into control systems.
Among other duties, the successful applicant must be able to interface with and present proposed solutions to high-level representatives of customers and work in a team environment. The successful applicant sets the highest ethical standards for self and others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, and Accounting, Business or Industrial Engineering + a minimum of 4 years directly related experience in financial analysis.
  • Must have some aerospace industry financial analyst/program cost control experience.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
