Job Description

We are Ultimate Staffing, the Pre-eminent staffing services company in the DFW area, and are recruiting for the following position for our Client:

MX Integration - Performance Analyst
 
Skills Needed:  
Use operational metrics and trend analysis to provide benchmarking against established objectives.
 Monitor, track and report on operational performance trends relative to on-time performance, productivity, cost, safety and capacity.
Prepare regular reports on measurements and provide recommendations based on trend analysis cross-functionally within Maintenance & Engineering using MS office tools such as excel, powerpoint, access and word document.
Contribute with operating groups to facilitate performance management training in areas of data analysis and recommendations.
Assist Performance Analyst with identifying trends effecting performance and monitor actions taken to influence performance improvement.
Assist in performance target setting through historical trend analysis.
Maintain historical data repository for analytical use.
Periodically audit data extractions to ensure data integrity



Job Requirements

Must have ability to gather, verify, interpret and report from complex data mining using essbase, crystal reports, mini-tab and excel analysis tool pack.
Knowledgeable in multi-dimensional data retrieval
Experience in development of operational performance metrics relative to maintenance or industrial engineering.
Provide outstanding Customer Service and maintain positive relationship with internal and external Customers.
Must be well-organized with great communication skills and have the ability to multi-task effectively.
Must have 4+ years MS Office tool experience excel, access, powerpoint.
3+years experience in reporting and preparing dashboards and/or scorecards
 3+ years experience in performance measurement/analysis
3+ years experience collecting, organizing, monitoring and evaluating performance
