Description

We are looking for experienced, high performing professionals to join our team as a Regional Vice President responsible for our Western Region, Based out of Denver, Colorado and also for our Midwest Region, based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

 

As a member of our executive management team you will be instrumental in helping drive our long term success. We are seeking Regional Vice Presidents with the ability to help grow our restaurant concept, while maintaining top standards for guest service and product quality.

 

Successful candidates must be customer-driven professionals with 8+ years of prior multi-regional managerial experience in the full service or fast food industry. College degree is required.

Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

 

  • Analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in the assigned regions performance.
  • Develop and monitor the internal and external growth of the district through the development of people; develop regional managers within the district to support the delivery of Gold Standard service in all stores.
  • Create district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results; follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans.
  • Manage through unusual events to keep district operating to standard; manage with integrity, honesty and knowledge that support the culture, values and vision of the company.
  • Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the regional managers to ensure smooth flow of operations with the district.
  • Review store environments and key business indicators within the district to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement; provide coaching to the regional managers to take action and achieve operational goals.
  • Identify and prioritize communications and filter communications to the regional managers within the district; communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the store and region level.

·         Manage the overall operations of multiple regions independently; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to successfully lead the team and accomplish the districts objectives.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; maintain a professional and positive customer service orientation; effectively present information to top management and regional managers.
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality; work independently and resolve practical problems, as well the ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
  • Must be able to work flexible and extended hours as required by the operations of the restaurants.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Up to 50% travel maybe required.
  • Relocation maybe required.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Solid career progression with increasing levels of responsibility in field management.
  • Minimum 8 year’s supervisory experience with managing multiple restaurants required.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports with a thorough understanding of Profit and Loss statements is required. 
  • All Manager-Level and above employees must be able to pass a Background Check.
