Job Title: Kiosk Team Member

Summary: The HoneyBaked Ham Company has built partnerships with local grocery stores to sell HoneyBaked Ham, Turkey and related products (Soups, Sides, & Condiments) in their locations.  This is accomplished through seasonal temporary workstations (kiosks) using seasonal team members and occasionally in a more permanent setting.

Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·Greeting each customer with a smile; Strong customer service skills
·Strong Sales Skills

·Knowledge of all HoneyBaked products, product information, Promotional products/prices

·Ability to work with customer to determine their specific needs

·Knowledge of the proper way to show and bag customer hams and turkeys and other purchases

·Gives ham/turkey serving and storing information manual

·Knowledge of the kiosk set up

·Knowledge of sample set-up, temperature taking, temperature log,  and sampling equipment

·Restocks supplies

·Keeps working area clean

·Completes assigned opening/closing duties

·Knowledge of who are the on duty Management and Kiosk Team Leaders

·May be required to perform daily inventory counts and forward to appropriate leader

·Will represent the HoneyBaked Ham Company by following all uniform guidelines

Qualifications: May be required to work seven (7) days a week and long hours.  Must have reliable transportation to work. Demonstrate good customer service skills and knowledge of product.
