Founded in 1957 as a subsidiary of Time Inc., DialAmerica has been privately held and operated since 1976.  Our local, North Charleston office handles incoming calls for multiple companies & organizations. The types of calls we take range from Retention Programs, customers calling to cancel a service/product, to Sales Programs, customers calling to learn more about a service/product.  In other words we offer something for everyone! Due to recent and anticipated growth we are looking for several motivated individuals to join our team.  Currently we are hiring for:

 

Telephone Service/Sales Agent

In the Agent position, you are responsible for answering incoming calls for our various clients. Program goals and requirements vary for each client; however, all Agents are expected to be courteous and professional and provide excellent customer service. You will have a Team Leader who will work with you to further develop your skills and help you succeed within the company.

 

DialAmerica has full time positions, 40 hours per week, and part time positions, 30 hours per week, available NOW!  We offer a guaranteed hourly wage PLUS the opportunity to increase your hourly pay through performance based incentives.

 
Job Requirements

 

Position Requirements:

  •  Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must possess at least 1 year of work experience
  • No more than 3 jobs with in a 1-year time period
