About the Job and the Training Program:
Charter College is expanding rapidly and we are currently looking for Business Leaders to join our team! As we work to meet our current needs we also plan for our future. With 8 campuses in place and an goal of expanding our business to meet educational needs in communities across the western coastal states of California, Oregon and Washington, we are looking for business leaders to join our team.
We are in search for 8 Campus Vice President to join our team with the goal of advancing in their careers and take on the role of a Campus President upon the completion of a 12-18 month training program (CLDP – Campus Leadership Development Program).
The CLDP is a:
•Fast-track to high profile Campus President position with a rapidly growing company in the expanding private post-secondary education sector
•12 to 18 month leadership development program where you work side-by-side with an experienced senior management team
•Unique combination of classroom and hands-on experience with in-depth exposure to the day-to-day workings of a campus
•Gain in-depth exposure to operations, finance, management, regulatory compliance and educational facets of the business

Requirements
What Are The Minimum Requirements?
•Masters degree required; MBA preferred. (Must have earned a Masters Degree by April 2010).
•Minimum of Three (3) years of successful business management experience required.
•Ability and willingness to relocate to one our four campus location listed (Lancaster, CA; Canyon Country, CA; Long Beach, CA; Pasco, WA).
•Qualifications and Ability to work as a Campus Vice President
•Ability to successfully complete the 12-18 month training program (CLDP).
• Upon Completion of the Training Program: Ability and willingness to relocate to any location in CA, OR or WA.
