Description Stonegate Mortgage seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for Tennessee and the greater Nashville market. This position is responsible for the day to day sales activities for Wholesale Lending throughout the state. The primary responsibilites are to effectively prospect, train, and facilitate high performance wholesale relationships within the marketplace.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and submitting for approval quality business to business partners, training b2b partners on systems and loan delivery processes, as well as improving the performance of all approved partner accounts assigned and represented. Some travel is required.

Stonegate is a seller/servicer of FNMA/GNMA loans, with primary markets throughout the mid and upper midwest states, headquartered in Fishers, Indiana. Candidates will have experience originating FHA, Agency, USDA, and VA loan programs through business to business relationships.

Requirements * 2 + years experience in Wholesale Lending.
* Strong history of holding wholesale partners accountable for results in a mortgage environment
* Background in Customer Profiling, Mortgage Origination Systems, Search Engine Optimization, and Online Customer Fulfillment a plus
* Strong product knowledge of Agency and Government Loan Programs
* Prior training experience preferred
