Customer Acquisition Manager

Description Stonegate Mortgage Corporation seeks an experienced Customer Acquisition Manager. The candidate must have experience in a retail online environment, with experience in generating consumer traffic via search engine optimization. Qualified candidates will also have a background in customer profiling, demographic analysis, social networking, and Web 2.0.

The Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for working closely with all members of senior management to structure an e-commerce policy, assist in the design of supporting systems architecture, and work closely with sales to drive online consumer applications for residential home loans.

The candidate will manage the company's lead management system and analytics associated with lead acquisition. This position will have an indepth understanding and knowledge of everything needed to acquire online consumer applications, and assist with the management of all systems required to complete an outstanding online experience for the consumer.

Requirements * Background in Marketing and Product or Brand Management
* Extensive experience in search engine optimization driving consumer traffic
* MBA in Marketing preferred but not required
* Exposure to a financial services or mortgage industry a plus
* Experience in consumer demographic analysis lead acquisition analysis required
* A Prior history of assisting in the design of systems a plus
* Must be proficient in technology and well versed in current methods used to generate consumer interest on the web
