Job Description

National Sales Manager- Inside Sales

 

We are seeking an exceptional, results-oriented and metrics focused National Sales Manager, Inside Sales with a proven track record in developing and implementing sales goals, managing sales teams, promoting customer retention, and building favorable relationships with key new and existing accounts to ensure successful achievement of company objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong strategic and tactical approach to managing our multiple national call center locations to drive top sales performance and profitability across all of our product lines.  Core duties include managing the inside sales operations while establishing and attaining sales goals, devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting, P&L responsibilities, developing annual sales plan to achieve individual/team goals and designing and establishing sales territories. Other duties include monitoring outbound calls and providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance reports to ensure maximum productivity and sales forecasts are met.  Additionally, review sales and performance reports, assess subordinate training needs and conduct or recommend training as needed.  Requires proven staff management and organizational leadership skills to motive, coach and retain our internal sales team and maintain ownership of their performance success.  This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to regularly interact with and present performance reports/updates to senior leadership. Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field with five years of inside sales/telesales experience with at least three years management experience in call center environment. MBA/advanced degree a plus. Sales Training experience ideal
  • Requires strong analytical skills with demonstrated understanding and utilization of metrics and financial analysis with proven ability to drive sales excellence through effective territory management, account planning, sales forecasting, call analysis, trending, documentation, pipeline management, ROI analysis and target setting
  • Requires strategic, analytical and tactical approach to sales management
  • Must be a decisive problem-solver with strong communication, interpersonal, influence, change management and team building capabilities across different functional areas
  • Requires leader with knowledge of medical aesthetics manufacturing, project management, FDA regulation and cGMPs
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented
  • Requires superior written and presentation skills
  • Must be a confident and motivated self starter with a strong sense of accountability, sales urgency and customer service orientation
  • Requires strong business and operations acumen
  • Moderate Travel Required
