Furniture Sales Professionals
Location: Mooresville
Compensation: $800 Monthly Draw + Unlimited Commission
Have a passion for fashion, interior design, and helping others? Desire a 4 day work week and unlimited earnings? We seek an experienced consumer direct, retail Furniture Sales Professional with a proven track record of success. This position requires related sales experience, and the desire to exceed sales goals and customer expectations. This role involves selling through professional presentations and demonstrating product knowledge. Also, this role involves turning prospective customers into buying customers by building rapport, and establishing trust and value.
The company provides an $800/month draw, unlimited/uncapped monthly commission, medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) + company match, company provided training, and paid time-off. Average earnings 1
st year are $40k, and top performers earn $70k+.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has
2+ years’ retail sales experience direct to consumers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, are required. Additional positive attributes include an energetic personality, multi-tasking, proficient computer skills, and a commitment to customer service. Schedules are Thursday through Sunday or Saturday through Tuesday, and ½ day Wednesday for the 1
st 6 week. Store hours are 10am-9pm Monday through Saturday, and 12:30pm-6pm on Sundays.
