POSITION: Corporate Recruiter
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, or Charlotte, NC

Lucas Group, the respected leader in Executive Search, is currently working with a multi-billion dollar, global industrial services organization on their Corporate Recruiter opportunity. This is a newly created role due to rapid national growth within the organization.
Reporting to the GM of the division, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for all recruiting efforts throughout the southeast. Primary duties include interviewing, screening and referring candidates for craft labor and management positions. This person will also be responsible for conducting on-boarding and continuous training sessions for the employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a sound talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain multi-craft labor in a high volume req load environment; Maintaining rapport with candidates throughout the recruiting process and life cycle
- Creating and placing advertisements for open positions using various resources, including internet and print postings
- Developing a streamlined process which includes building a solid pipeline of talent, and interviewing potential candidates on work history, job skills, training and education.
- Meeting regularly with hiring managers to understand their part of the business and the type of talent they need
- Scheduling interviews with the team, and traveling periodically to meet with candidates
- Building relationships with hiring managers to establish current and future hiring and training needs of the division
- Conducting training and development programs for on-boarding and retention of employees
