Healthcare Staffing Coordinator

AC-Healthcare, a premier nurse registry agency is currently seeking a highly motivated and personable Staffing Coordinator for its operations office in Brandon, Fl. Be part of a vast and exciting industry by putting your expertise to work by recruiting and staffing healthcare professionals.



Our Staffing Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of the scheduling service for clients. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and staffing specialized healthcare professionals.
  • Selling our services to prospective customers, maintaining and growing the existing client base, and providing exceptional customer service to the professionals we refer.
  • Scheduling clients and Caregivers in  order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Applicants need a stable work history in health care staffing or a related field.
  • All applicants must be organized, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
  • You must have the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as make sound judgement and good decision making skills.

Requirements


Applicant must have a vehicle, current driver's license, current automobile insurance and a clear driving record and criminal history.

  • Able to work in fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to remain calm while under pressure and mange stressful situations well
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
  • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
  • Must be creative in order to determine the ideal schedule for some clients
  • Initiative to complete duties promptly and assist other office staff as needed
  • Must have the ability to be motivated to make cold-calls to continue to build client base
