A well-know specialty apparel company is seekeing an energetic and motivated individual to become part of the team.  The Regional Sales Manager  will oversee multiple locations in various states as well as continueing to develope sales events in and outside of the stores in Arizona and Texas.

The position is accountable for multiple stores and reports to the Director of Store Operations.  The candidate will be responsible for developing store managers as well as exceeding revenue for each store's planned goals.  The candidate will be responsible for profitability of all their stores as well as ensure operational awareness is being adhered by individual store employees. 

  • Oversee operation of multiple stores in Texas and Arizona.
  • We provide a laptop, cell phone, mileage reimbursement and travel expenses

Requirements Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • At least 3 Years of Multi-Store Management  (at 5+ stores)
  • At least 5 Years of Retail Experience in a Supervisor Role
  • At least 2 Years of Experience with Merchandising / Retail
  • At least 1 Year of Outside Sales Experience
  • Willing to travel 3-4 nights per week
  • Customer service background
  • Ability to create teams and partnerships.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Selling skills and high motivation, passion and drive to increase business.
  • Positive Attitude, patient and supportive.
  • The ability to deliver change as a growth opportunity is paramount.
  • High level of respect for others as well as self and fully accountable for results to immediate supervisor.
