Description

Reliable Reports, Inc., a successful, stable and well-established business within the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, is seeking an experienced regional sales professional for our Midwest Region. Reliable provides inspection and information services to underwriting and loss control departments for hundreds of insurance companies and brokers. Our primary markets are Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers and Surplus Lines Agents.

 

As the premier provider of field and telephone services, we offer our clients a variety of ways to automate their inspection needs. We continue to heavily invest in technology to offer the most integrated reporting in the marketplace.

 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in sales and preferably additional experience in the underwriting area of the insurance industry. You will be focused and driven towards obtaining business from new and existing clients while providing ongoing service to our existing group of carriers. Your previous Sales roles will demonstrate a record of achievement in closing the deal and expanding the business.

 

As Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region, your territory includes Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. This territory may grow in the future to include additional states to increase earning potential. The initial annual compensation is $50K+. Additionally, commissions are paid for new revenue growth and client retention.

Requirements

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Ability to work from home office and travel 25% of the time – includes overnight stays as needed.
  • Effective listening skills. Strong verbal and written business communication skills. Will be qualifying prospects over the phone.
  • Analyze and develop account action plans based on market share data and competitive information
  • In-person sales presentations using PowerPoint
  • Effectively communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results
  • Ability to provide conflict resolutions
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other business functions (including field management, customer service and technology) for complete account management.
  • Participate in industry tradeshows, sales meetings and other company events as needed.

 

 

Compensation for this position includes:

  • Competitive base salary
