PLUS Diagnostics is a leading national pathology company founded in 1990.  We are the premier provider of comprehensive and dynamic pathology services, tailored to the outpatient needs of urologists and gastroenterology surgeons professionals like you who demand accuracy and efficiency.

 

PLUS Diagnostics, a rapidly expanding national laboratory, is seeking  experienced outside Hem/Onc diagnostic sales representatives to join our of outstanding employees.  

As part of a fast growing national laboratory sales team, Hem/Onc Specialty Representatives  target and secure profitable new business (physician and physician centers) to meet sales goals as well as maintain current base of business.  
 

You will provide overall support and expertise to new accounts to ensure the highest level of service and provide customer education on PLUS Diagnostics processes and procedures.

 

Successful Sales Reps will be rewarded with a very lucrative commission plan.

Base+ commission+ car allowance.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 Years documented successful sales experience including strong "closing" skills, service industry experience a plus.  Diagnostic Pathology sales experience preferred, especially within the Hematology/Oncology market.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry including managed care and general economics of an oncology practice, knowledge of oncology disease states and tests required to diagnose
  • Knowledge of HIPPA regulations and ability to respect patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships and ability to respect patient confidentiality
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships and existing Oncology relationships will be given preference
  • Strong business planning and organizational skills
  • Excellend oral, written and communication skills
  • Solid PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A valid drivers license
  • Willingness to travel - with possible overnight travel based upon territory.
  • Ability to attend training and national meetings with overnight stay.
