Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for outsde sales for ACH of America , a locally based company that has been in business in the greater Orlando area since 1972 .
ACH of America is a business to business organization selling Human Resource products to small to medium sized companies , we specialize in outsourced payroll , benefit packages , insurance , and human resource administration .
Requirements
The successful applicant will have previous outside sales experience , particularly related to business to business sales .
A background in any of the following areas would be preferable - insurance , payroll , staffing sales , business services .
A minimum of three years outside sales is required along with a proven track record in a sales environment .
You will be required to generate sales from your own client base , as well as receiving leads from company generated internal sales . You must be proficient at closing the sale .
You will be based out of our Altamonte Springs office and responsible for sales in the whole of central Florida , ACH of America has the capability to write sales in 28 states throughout the USA , consequently the opportunity to write business outside the immediate area is possible .
This position is commissioned based initially , but with early success in writing business will carry a base salary plus expenses and benefits . This is an opportunity to grow with a locally owned business , ultimately offering career opportunities with a base salary , commission , residual pay and benefits .
