Description

When you're in college, the decisions you make about your summer can have as much impact on your future as the courses you take.  You can graduate with a resume and a set of business skills that's way ahead of your classmates, if you're smart about how you spend your summers.

At College Pro, college students are the core of our business.  And we don't hire students for low-activity internships or low-paid menial labor.

We hire college students to run the joint.

Every summer, a network of independent house painting businesses is formed with support from College Pro.  And every one of these businesses is run – soup to nuts – by a college student we've selected to take charge of our business.  Maybe next summer, you'll be one of them.

We're actively recruiting for new Company Managers right now.

Here's what our Company Managers get a chance to do:

•         Start and run your own painting business

•         Maintain complete control of all staffing decisions: hire and fire to suit your business plans

•         Make all sales and marketing decisions: we'll help you devise a plan to reach ambitious goals quickly

•         Meet with customers, negotiate contracts, schedule work

•         Manage the financial side of your business, including accounts receivable, payroll, and tracking profitability

•         Manage all operations of a successful painting business employing 5, 10 or even 50 individual house painters (that decision's up to you)

Requirements

We choose a select number of college students very carefully.  We train them to be successful entrepreneurs, and we give them the guidance and resources to do it

The rewards can be tremendous.  You'll acquire more real business experience than your classmates may get in their first several years out of college.  And the cash may not be bad, either.  Ultimately what you earn is up to you – you're in charge of your business after all – but it's not uncommon for College Pro Managers to earn well into the five figures in a single summer.

You could pay next year's tuition in just a few short months.

Of course, for an opportunity like this, we're selective.  We're looking for ambitious, energetic students who have a real nose for business and who know how to think on their feet.  Is that you?  For the right kind of student, one of the best life decisions you'll ever make could start right here.

We look forward to hearing from you!
