Abrasive Technology is currently seeking a Bonding Associate to join our team.  This position is located at our Elgin, Illinois facility.

Successful candidates must possess the following:

·        A High School Diploma or equivalent

·        Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

·        Good manual dexterity

·        Strong attention to detail, including the ability to follow procedures and written instructions

·        Ability to lift/push/pull 35-50 pounds on a consistent basis

·        Ability to read blueprints preferred

·        Experience with calipers and measuring equipment a plus
