Job Description 

Responsibilities of the Construction Contract Administrator include:

- Reviewing and negotiating customer contracts to ensure the scope of a project is accurately reflected in contracts

- Assessing and understanding different sections of the contracts, including payment clauses, insurance and indemnification terms

- Negotiating with customers to ensure mutually acceptable contracts

- Assisting with contract disputes, claims of non-payment and filing liens and bond claims

 


Job Requirements 

Preferred Qualificaitons Include
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- A thorough understanding of construction contracts

- Be comfortable with both the numbers and language of contracts

- Experience in Project Management or Estimating is a plus
