Bilingual Call Center Scheduler
Familia Dental has an opportunity available for a
Bilingual Call center scheduler
for its Elgin, IL location.
Position Summary: You must have proven strong customer service skills in fast-paced interactive environments. Our Bilingual schedulers play an important role in our team. Located in our Elgin office, this role offers a competitive base wage combined with incentives. These are 20-40 hour per week positions. Our office will be open Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm and on Saturdays from 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Call Center Scheduler include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a low cancellation rate
- Managing new and existing patients
